"We have used them several times over the years. Gorilla Pest Control has always provided excellent service!"

"We had noticed evidence of what we believed was termite damage, so we needed an inspection. It was not surprising that termites were present. I first spoke with Ingrid who was very friendly and said that she had an inspector in my area so she would reach out to him. Within an hour, Caesar called me to ask if he could come by that day. It seemed that he did a thorough job of checking both inside, outside, the attic and garage. When he was finished, he showed me a diagram of the areas that showed termite presence. He discussed treatment options and we agreed on work to be done. We scheduled the job for the following week. Dave came out to the house and worked for around 4 hours. The treatment involved spraying foam in the attic and injections at specific spots around the house; a trench around the house was dug as well. He also drilled into the concrete on our patio to treat the subterranean termite issue. The drill holes were filled and repaired. He cleaned everything up when he finished, assured me that I could call at any time if there was a question or problem, and they would come back to take care of it. A few days later, we did notice evidence of insect activity so I called to report it. Caesar called me back the next day and scheduled a time to come back to correct the issue. This is the only circumstance, in regards to communication, that causes me to give a B grade in a couple of categories. No one showed up for the follow-up appointment even though I had called that morning to confirm and to request a phone call when the tech was on the way as I was away from my home on that day. When I called to find out what happened, Samantha was very apologetic (BTW, everyone that I spoke with at No-Nonsense was extremely courteous. I appreciate that!), rescheduled me for the next morning and offered an additional small service for my inconvenience. The next morning, the technician was here at the scheduled time, did an inspection, and reapplied product in the affected areas (again, sorry that I did not catch his name, he also was quite courteous). Hope this takes care of the problem."

"Found a wasp nest at my house over a weekend, and called Bee N' Wasp on a Monday morning around 9am.  I was honestly expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and be ready to help me.  The person who answered was very nice but since I was in LB he gave me the cell phone number for Sam, the person who services my area, so that I could coordinate scheduling directly with him.  So I called Sam, again, expecting to leave a voicemail but another pleasant surprise he answered the phone and was extremely nice.  He was willing to come out that same day @ 1130 AM!  I was not prepared for that, and asked if he could come in the late afternoon/early evening after work.  He said the next day would work, and he'd be there at 530.  Also gave me a quote of 125 to remove a single nest + 25 dollars for any additional nests or work if needed.
Next day:  He actually shows up 5-10 minutes early (great!). I show him the location of the nest that I found (plus another one that I saw after I scheduled the call), and he said he'd take a look around the house before starting.  He found 2-3 other nests on the property and told me about them before proceeding to remove them.  This man was very thorough, and pleasant the whole time too.
After all work was done, he gave me the invoice for 150, wished me a good evening and that was that.  In an out in around 30 minutes.  I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I wish the guarantee was longer than 2 months but probably not something that can be controlled.

She is very responsive to email and phone. Surf City provides excellent prices, quality work, and honors their warranties with no hassles."

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"AMEN Pest Control has successfully controlled all of my pest problems by identifying the source of the problem and coming up with a treatment solution to keep pests under control. The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. An ant colony caused the ant problem in my backyard. When we tented for termites, everyone in CA has to at one time or another, they included an ant treatment because they knew ants arrive to eat the termite carcasses. My mosquito problem was because of my pond and besides the added mosquito fish, they suggested a hanging mosquito repellent that controlled the mosquitos. AMEN Pest Control is the best!"

"Best pest control company that Iâ ve used. He is very response, completes the work quickly and absolutely stands behind his work. If I see a bug and call he comes right away and takes care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this person."

"The Pest Control employee arrived earlier than told. He went to work outside and then inside. He asked questions about were the bug problem was the worst. He was very polite and informative."
