The spring/not the labor has a lifetime warranty. Quality rating is N/A because springs have specified operating specs and cycles so it cannot be evaluated at this point. I did not really check too far into other competitors for pricing, but did find one company that was quoted lower, but was not available same-day. The job took a little longer than expected due to an initial mis-judgement on weight of the garage door from the technician.
