"The service person arrived on time.  The service person immediately saw the problem, turned the screw to adjust the lift power on the current garage door opener, and then checked a couple of times to see that it is now working fine.  He did not charge anything for this!  I would highly recommend this company because he could have said, "the motor is weak and needs to be replaced", and I would not have  known the difference!  They are very honest, did show up on time and were very friendly and professional.  Our other garage door opener is having some issues, and when it does stop working we are going to call them to replace it.  In these days of hearing about all of the dishonest repair people, this company is not.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. <br />"

To my surprise they were actually cleaning up as they worked, brushing dirt debris back into the hole rather than tracking it around the garage or onto the driveway. In my review of potential contractors I noted that most used dirt excavated to back fill the space around the shelter. <br /> Flatsafe hauls all the dirt and concrete removed to a dump site and brings in a concrete ready-mix firm to completely fill and finish the area around the unit and provide yet another element of safety to the shelter.
