We discussed what we wanted done around the house. I also asked him to send me the pictures after he was done, since I wasn't going to be at my parents' house to see the results. He called a few days later to verify the appointment. He and his partner came on time and worked very hard trimming and cleaning up the yard as we discussed. My parents were very happy with the results of the trimming and cleanup. Joe sent me the pictures as I had asked because I wasn't there. They did a great job and my parents and I were very happy with their work. Joe is a very nice guy and followed through with everything we discussed.
