We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. It didn?t even feel like the same house. Everything looked so clean, open, and put together in a way it never had before. The living room feels warmer and more inviting now, the kitchen looks brighter, and the way everything flows together just makes the whole space feel bigger. It?s one of those changes you don?t realize you needed until you see it done right. What really meant a lot to me was how easy they made everything. They listened, they cared, and you could tell they actually wanted it to come out perfect?not just ?good enough.? The attention to detail shows everywhere you look. And the best part? "We have hired him twice. We were thrilled with his work both times! In this last job, he repaired a large hump in our hardwood floor that came about due to moisture. He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable. He and his crew did all of this work in less that a day. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"HomeAdvisor was an immense help to us in identifying an experienced contractor in our Bar Harbor, Maine area to sand, stain, protective coat and polish our over 50-year old hardwood floors that were in great need of re-finishing. We hired B and B Contractors out of Winter Harbor, Maine and are extremely pleased not only with the diligent and expertise workmanship of Brandon Blanchette and his crew and also how polite and comfortable they were in doing and completing this job while we were nearly 2,000 miles away as our travel plans had required. We felt totally safe in leaving our house key and this big job in B and B s great care and possession. This job included 3 rooms and a hallway and several closets. We elected to have it completely sanded to eliminate stains and slight waves in the oak hardwood flooring, then 2 coats of stain were applied and 3 coats of polyurethane followed by buffing once dried. The photographs that Brandon sent us clearly indicated that we now have a beautiful floor. And B and B was superb in making sure the house was cleaned up well after such a messy job. And by the way, this job also included moving many pieces of furniture which they took care of for a nominal charge. We highly recommend this trusted company s services and high work ethics."
