He actually told me that my gutters didn't look that bad and if he got up there and it didn't need to be done he would let me know. I then asked him about a couple of areas that needed minor repair anyway -he said he would fix those no matter if he cleaned the gutters or not- no charge. He did end up cleaning the gutters- I had some downspout issues that made the whole system back up a bit, and he did a phenomenal job replacing an entire section of downspout that was completely missing all for the original price quoted. Super nice guy."

After coming to inspect what was needed for our chimney we asked whether they would be able to fix a cemented stone retaining wall that is 10 ft x 25 ft and 2 ft thick. They came up with a plan to totally rebuild the top 2 ft of the wall and repair and tuck point any loose mortar in the lower sections. They thoroughly explained what was happening throughout the whole process and were very honest and fair to work with. The new chimney damper is very efficient and the rock wall looks great.
