Randall provided options to me for replacing the faucet or fixing it. He offered information and answered my questions but was not trying to sell me on any particular course of action. Based on his information, I chose to replace the faucet (and gabage disposal since they were both old). He recommended products for me to buy. He came back within a day or so (on a Saturday) to install new faucet and garbage disposal and did not charge for the Saturday service. After a year, it's all still good."
