After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
