Shane opened up the return duct and immediately realized that the leak was coming from the toilet outflow.  He discovered that the toilet had been installed improperly and had been leaking for quite some time.  He was able (with the help of a contractor friend) to set us up with a very good temporary solution until we decide how we want to permanently fix the issue.  Shane is a super nice guy and I really enjoyed spending the time with him.  The only two things that I will say are that he showed up to my job without a few tools and ended up using mine, which isn't the end of the world.  Also, I'm not a plumber, but I feel like the work he did took just a little bit longer than it should have.  All in all, I was very happy with Shane and will very likely use his services again in the future.
