"The reupholstering was excellent. The couch was done right on time. It took a while to get the material for the chairs and ottoman, but it was not their fault and they kept us in the loop. We were not happy with the window treatments. When Joe delivered the chairs and ottoman, he looked at the window treatments and agreed they were not quite right. So he had them redone at no cost to us! That was an extremely nice thing to do! In fact I do not think anyone else today would have agreed to that. So, excellent workmanship, they stand by their work and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied."
