"Todd provided consulting of door specifications for a customer order door. He also completed the installation. The challange was the the opening would not allow for a standard door size. After we as the home owners had excavated & replaced the exterior basment steps it was was revealed that door frame work was not square and was impacted by the basement walls. Our house was built in 1925. Todd was able to view the exposed basement steps work prior to its completion. There was more than one site visit by him to determine the approach to installation for the door.Todd provided specs for us to order the door and met with us.& our vendor to review the specs before ordering. The installation went smoothly. Todd made no less than 3 site visits & many communications with us along the way. This was the 3rd time that we have used his services."

"First off I didn’t expect the expediency at which this happened. In the span of 2 days from the time I talked to Chris the old stoop and about 14 feet of thick concrete was removed and the block stoop was repaired and they actually buttered the block to match the foundation of our house. He added a extra step at no charge and and did some beautiful design and trim work to the sidewalk. This is basically a family owned business with family members as his crew. Chris was there the whole time not only supervising but was running the wheel barrel full of concrete up a muddy hill. If I could give him and his crew a higher grade than A I would. If you need concrete work done you couldn’t do better then him and his crew. He put up with me outside watching and asking questions ( I’m fascinated by tradesmen) the whole time they were working. Last but not least this was done at a substantial cost savings compared to other contractors I had look at this. I know this review is long winded but I think in today’s world people and companies that provide this type of exemplary service need to be recognized and promoted. "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."
