"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My washer and dryer are in a pretty small space and it's a major pain to replace the dryer but they worked with me waiting for it to be delivered and came right out to install it the day it was delivered. It has to be changed to propane so not just an easy change out and i really appreciated the service since my husband works out of town and i had no way to do it myself"

"I hired Tom to build me storage shelving in my crawl space to hold my holiday storage totes and to repair siding on my studio shed that was rotting. Both jobs were done on time and with perfect execution. I couldn’t be happier! Tom is very reliable and trustworthy! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any sort of handyman services. I plan to have him redo my deck in the near future as well."

"Daryl contacted me promptly about my service, well before any other contractors. He even offered to come out the night of to snake our sewer in the middle of COVID-19 quarantine measures, although it wasn t necessary. Very grateful for his work, and VERY relieved to have working plumbing again without emptying my bank account!"

"I had an issue with my clothes washer drain line on Memorial weekend, I called and they sent a plumber in the holiday at no extra fee. He snaked the line, went under the house, discovered further water damage and got me in contact with a repair and restoration company. Eddie, the plumber went far and above my expectations to get my home back in order."
