"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "This repair of my Microwave went very well, with AMJ Appliance Repair accommodating my request to come early in the established window. He was efficient, got to the point, and made sure he brought parts with him. 5* to AMJ Appliance Repair. But I am still smarting from my last experience with Choice Home Warranty denying my claim on a boiler repair with no ability to appeal. The guy that eventually fixed it for me said Choice was wrong and should have repaired it."
