"I had a really good experience with them the works was polite and the young lady in the office was helpful and respectful."

"I had a mold and water issue under my 2,700 SqFt ranch home found by an HVAC contractor. I had both AFS and Crawlspace Dr provide quotes for identical repair and remediation. The only difference was a small difference in the thickness of the liner material. AFS was substantially higher and used very high pressure sales techniques. So I went with Crawlspace DR. They were timely every day and worked with the HVAC contractor to complete the total crawlspace repair. They dug a drainage system and installed two sump pumps prior to soda blasting the entire Crawlspace. The space was then encapsulated and dehumidifier installed with new electrical circuits and water alarms in the garage. I can't say enough about how they walked me through the whole process and accommodated my schedule for the repair. I would use them and recommend them any time."

"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

"Could not have asked for better experiences with this company. I have used them several times for various jobs. Work is always completed timely, efficiently, with professionalism and expertise. I found Micah through a different method of advertising and have never regretting contacting him. I live in an older home that has some unique repair issues. He has always met those challenges. "Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.
