"If you have spoken to the rest now hire the best Liam Neary Construction. I bought a house last year and have probably replaced almost everything. He will listen to you, explain things to you, and give you honest feedback based on his vast knowledge and experience. "We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating."

"Replaced the wood flooring and painted the sunroom after frozen pipes resulted in water damage throughout the sunroom. Harold and his crew were very helpful in the process of replacing the washing machine and dryer and helpful in choosing new appliances that would fit into the space. The pricing to do the work was reasonable and we will hire Harold to do more work on the house."

"Highly professional, skilled, hard working and punctual team. Does high quality work, respectful of the people living in the home throughout the construction process, and cleans up at the end of each workday. Offers good suggestions and input. Iâ  ve hired them for major projects at two different homes and am very pleased with the results."

"Michael Woessner and his team built me a great looking deck in my back yard. I absolutely love it. There were two minor issues I ran into with his team on the building of the deck, but Michael had it fixed and smoothed things over. One of Michaelâ s best assets was alleviating my concerns and making everything right. I have had nightmare general contractor problems in the past, but not with Michael. When I saw his high score reviews on HomeAdvisor, I decided to hire him. Iâ m glad I did.. Iâ m satisfied and Iâ ll hire Michael in the future for some interior work in my home. I recommend him highly."

"Went very well. We are extremely pleased! Keeps sub contractors under control."

"Hans and his team were outstanding to work with! Hans helped to achieve a vision for our Cape house: a kitchen renovation and converting an attached garage into a beautiful family room space. Excellent detail and workmanship, great communication, very reliable and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend HSO to anyone, they are the BEST!!"

"I hired Leo for a bathroom renovation project. From the demo to tiling to hanging the last towel hook he was excellent! Quality of work and attention to detail was great. He took time and did the tiling perfectly. Very happy with the end result. He also completed the project on time as he said he would. You won't be disappointed if you hire Leo and his team. I highly recommend them."
