"Before they started, someone came out and looked over everything and assured us the job would be done right and everything they removed would be put back like it was before. Once they did their work, they left the condensate lines open and draining on the ground which is not the way they found it. We were under the impression that they were completing the job. Once we realized what they had left undone, they let us know they didn't know how to put things back like they found it. We have already spend $9K with them and now they're telling us to spend more money to have an A/C guy come out and fix what they left undone. We would not recommend using this company."

"I would say overall the experience was good he had really good feedback on how to design the patio effectively and to ensure that there wasn't any issues for the long haul had a really good experience walking through what my expectations were. The only thing would be for feedback is if there unforeen changes from either a request from the client or the project to present them sooner. The additional charge for site preparation came off in poor fourm to present after the project was completed rather then addressing it as it came up. But the final product was very good"
