"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"On Jan 22 2026 My well pump failed likely because it was 30 years old I called Tactical Well Pumm Services and talked to Chris I explained my problem and this was at 6 pm his response was we will be there by 7:30 pm Chris, Steve and Luke showed up with all the necessary parts and equipment and got right to work. They didn?t complain and it was dark and cold, but they removed to old non-working pump and replaced it with a new on and tested everything before leaving, And when it was time to pay the bill they didn?t take advantage of me, the price was fair and work was done the right way. If you ever have a problem, call these guys to do what they say and all were professional I almost neve write a review simply because most don?t deserve it but with this company I felt compelled to write a great review I only wish I could give them 100 stars. "From anyone I talked to and my own troubleshooting, it sounded like I would need a new well tank. Miller came over, did a bit of checking and emptied the tank of water. Added some air and it resolved the pressure problem! I may have a slow leak and still have to get a new tank. But everything was explained to me and I was given an estimate for a new tank, if needed in the future. I really appreciate that they didn't just tell me I need a new tank- because I would not have known any better. I will use them again and recommend their services."
