When we first moved in he did basics for us such as GFCI install, adding new receptacles, and fixing a poorly done junction box. Subsequent visits he added a light to a ceiling fan and hooked up new radiant heat in a bathroom. He has allowed me to linger while he works and talks to me about what he's doing so I get to learn something.
