"Amazing! The service technician, Eyal, was thoroughly knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and immediately went to work, fixing the problem without delay. He also was very forthcoming in explaining the problem and the manner of repair, and also offered tips to keeping all of our appliances in good working order. He was neat, orderly, and cleaned up the work area when finished. He also was happy to give his opinion on the quality of various brands of appliances, should we need new ones in the future. I can't say enough great things about Eyal, and about the easy and fast response that Aviv provides, not to mention that their prices are very reasonable.
