"Since this remodeling was the first remodeling that we decided to do after a long time since we did our last remodeling that required to hire a contractor to do it. The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. We also wanted to do as many energy efficient features that will help us reducing the bills during time. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."
