"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"Dan and the team at EA Masonry did a great job in constructing a 4 ft x 40 ft retaining wall at the back of my property in West Roxbury. They constructed out of allen block and installed a drainage system behind the wall. They also replaced my front walkway. All work was completed in 3-4 days. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received and, most importantly, communicated very well throughout the process (texted or emailed promptly when they would start the project and when they could not make it one day due to extreme cold). "We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. No weeds coming through. Roberto the pro and his solid hard working crew did a very good job, just what I wanted.
