"The installs were quick and efficient.  The ceiling fan was installed without any problems.  The back door install ran into some delay.  The old light had a square base and was installed over a round outlet box.  Removing the sealer was a major delay.  The front light was not a problem at all.

He then ordered the parts and it came to my residence in about a week. The only problem I was having was trying to get Randall or another Sears Technician to come back to my resistor complete the repair work. But things were worked out."
