"Near the successful completion of a bath remodeling project by Ashley's, massive termite damage was discovered in another area of my house. Because of the flawless remodel, Ashley's was engaged to also perform the necessary repair of the entire affected corner of the building. Once the extent of destruction was determined, Adam Willard developed the detailed plan of action, which was executed very efficiently. <br /> <br /> Demolition and rebuild were accomplished concurrently to the extent it was possible.  Not only was the apparent termite problem addressed, but original construction deficiencies that were contributing factors were corrected by redesigning some aspects of the  structure. <br /> <br /> Throughout the process, Adam and Lisa Willard visited the work site on a daily basis and kept me informed of the progress, including target dates for completion of each step. As they did during the remodeling project, they made every effort to minimize the  effect on the other parts of the house, and my own inconvenience. <br /> <br /> Performance of each and every subcontractor was outstanding, and this major project was completed on schedule and at the agreed upon cost. The final product was superior to the original construction by a significant margin. <br /> <br /> Under the circumstances, I cannot imagine better people to work with than this remarkable couple and their company. "The initial process went as expected. They were professional and gave us the best quote out of several companies. Had a few issues during remodel with the contractors but as soon as I contacted the foreman it was immediately corrected. I was very happy with the results until about a month after completion. I noticed that the toilet wasn't level, and the bathtub faucet didn't seem to be anchored to anything. I called and they sent someone out right away. However, the guy didn't know what he was doing at all and ended up breaking the bathtub faucet. He left without telling me it was broken. I found out after he left. I called the company again and spoke with the head plumber, who was great. He came out himself and fixed the problem and apologized for the first guy's performance. So, overall they did a good job, but I still have problems with the toilet not being level (it wobbles). <br />"

"Wow!!! That's all I can say about these guys. We are in the process of doing this project and I can only say it has been wonderful. I have looked for someone to pour a simple patio in my backyard, and needless to say, it had been a nightmare. Upon meeting Mr. Beverage and Mr. Burnside, I had basically been stolen from by another contractor. (took 1/2 payment and never provided services and now can not be found and has not return the money.) I began by explaining my situation to Mr. Beverage. Before I could finish explaining what my wife and I want, he offered to complete the job for only the remaining 1/2 of what the first contractor had quoted me. The "WOW' factor had just began. I told Mr. Beverage I had no intention of allowing the previous contractor's dishonesty to effect my expectation of what it would cost to have the project done correctly. I asked him to price the job fairly and I would pay him that to do the job. I also inquired about the length of time it would be before they could start the job. Mr. Beverage contacted his brother, Mr. Burnside, and determined they could start within 4 days. The following morning, I received a call from Mr. Burnside requesting to start immediately. They had the crew out to the house within an hour and were started. The first day was spent correcting the mess the first contractor had made in his 2 hours of work he did. The night after the first day, we got an unexpected thunderstorm. Instead of an patio, we looked to be getting a 'swimming pool'. I fully expected them to wait until the ground had dried. Not these guys, they had there crew out first thing in the morning, removing the water by hand. They had to remove a sprinkler head and cap the flow of water in the middle of the mud 'slop'. It was a mess to say the least, but they were determined to provide a TOP NOTCH job. They worked all day to get the job finished as promised. It turned out WONDERFUL!!! I want to clear up the facts: 1. I am of no relation to either brother. 2. I have never meet either brother prior to doing this project. 3. I am not being paid anything to write this review!!!!. I am being provided this type of service, because I happen to meet 2 extraordinary individuals who know how to treat people and believe that the service provided is more important than the profit made. I have worked in sales for the past 15 years and I know profit is important to all business owners. The problem is most business owners put profit before customer satisfaction. These two guys have the formula figured out correctly. I know my first and only call will be to Chuck and Brandon for any other home construction or home fixes I need going forward. Congratulation on a job well done!!! Thanks for your help in fixing a really tough situation."

"We are very happy with how this looks and functions! We had been burned in the past by a handyman, so this was a pleasant experience. It was nice to know the job would be finished to our satisfaction without being taken advantage of. Overall, we would highly recommend John as an honest, friendly, capable handyman who can tackle most repair jobs with an eye for detail. He always made sure to clean up, he called if he was delayed getting here and then stayed late to compensate, and his fees are less than what most others charge. We plan to use him again in the future. Time to get that honey-do list done!"
