"We had Tim out to replace our sewer pipe in the basement. Tim arrived on time and the job was done quickly and professionally. Will definitely have him out for more jobs in the future. Highly recommend!"

"I can't recommend Vic highly enough for any plumbing needs. From the moment he arrived at my home, his professionalism and expertise were evident. Vic has tackled a range of projects for me, including fixing a serious sewer backup and addressing persistent sink leaks, all with impeccable skill and precision. What truly stands out is Vic's work on designing and building two bathrooms from scratch. He managed everything with incredible attention to detail, including the installation of stunning glass and marble tiles. The result is nothing short of breathtaking. Vic is the epitome of reliability—always timely, dependable, and communicative. He kept me informed of any issues or changes to the job, ensuring that everything went smoothly. His craftsmanship and dedication to quality make him the go-to plumber for any project, big or small. If you’re looking for a top-notch professional, Vic is your man!"

"Great! He was on time, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions. He cleared the standing drain pipe to our washing machine, replace and connected the hose to the hot and cold water pipes. Danny stayed to ensure that everything worked well. We now have a plumber and I can really say he is the best!!! Thank you."

"Dan and his team were incredibly responsive, especially when I discovered a second leak while they were replacing the hot water heater. They also, quite literally, saved my life and my neighborhood when they caught a gas leak, I didn't notice, helped identify exactly where it was coming from and hooked me up with folks who came out immediately to repair"

"The technician came during the window of time that I was told. He came wearing his mask! He repaired the water heater quickly, showed me the part that was replaced, and explained the purpose of the repaired part. I’m very satisfied."

"The service went very well. They were here at exactly 9 o'clock. They took and install a new faucet in the kitchen that had a leak. The master bathroom had a slight clog he cleared that. Then, the toilet was moving when you sit on it. So he took the toilet off, and replace the seal, and put it back again. We were happy with the work. This was the 2nd time I used the service. I had no problem and I would recommend them. He explained everything he was doing and he clean up after the job was done that you wouldn't know that he was here. I have found a good plumber and I would use them again if needed."

"Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

"Three new tanks (pH, Iron, Softener) were replaced and a new drinking water system at the sink was installed. Great professional people to work with very communitive and honest. Answered all of my questions and provided fast feedback. No issues with system- works great."

"Bianchi Brothers are terrific! They were respectful, careful and helpful. They answered our questions and diagnosed the problem with our plumbing in our old row house right away. They also repaired the wall we had to open to get to the pipe! Fantastic work!"

"They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."
