With a view toward environmentally friendly and economic solutions, I was leaning toward a tankless water heater. Adam was very prompt with a quote and asked many questions about my family’s needs and home configuration to help me decide whether tankless was an appropriate application for my situation. Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. "Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"They were summoned by my Home Warranty Company. The 75 fee is my required co-pay from the warranty co. My hot water heater is 15+ years old. They welded a pipe on the bottom of the leaking heater. Work was done right, it stopped leaking. 2 weeks later they were back for another leak, the relief valve. The hot water needs to be replaced but my warranty co wants it repaired if that is possible, so that's not Clear Water's fault. After the 2nd repair, we probably could have had it authorized for replacement but the "items not covered clause (again not the fault of Clear Water, set by warranty co) would have cost 400 - 500 dollars. The heater is gas powered and we would like to convert it to electric. We have an estimate of 895 for the whole job, and the type of heater we want. I think there charges for the extra items are high. There work and professionalism and punctuality were good but I can get that elsewhere for less. <br />"
