Rob was very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing his storehouse of knowledge about insulation. He educated us. He has been actively involved in developing standards in the insulation industry. Three months after the job was completed, when we emailed on the eve of solar panel installation to ask about whether the solar installers should know anything about the insulation, he responded immediately, and said that the solar installers should call him with any questions.
