I called American Home Contractors for a survey of the damage, and they sent out Isiah, who did a phenomenal job. He wrote up a very excellent report detail all of the damage and repairs needed to bring my roof back to its original condition. He supplied me with clear pictures of everything, and took time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the estimate. I feel much better now knowing exactly what damage was done to my roof, and that I can rely on Isiah and American Home Contractors to restore my roof back to its original condition. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.
