They kept that same level of professionalism all the way through the project. Great experience overall. The installation crew arrived right on time, worked tirelessly, and completed my entire roof replacement in just one day. After finishing, they thoroughly inspected and cleaned the area—front, back, and even my neighbor’s property. The workmanship was outstanding, and their customer service was honest and straightforward. Pricing was fair, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. "I needed a new roof and wanted gutters and gutter covers. After meeting with one other company, I selected Roofing Pups. Shawn of Roofing Pups was friendly, mannerly, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered a much better deal that included everything I wanted, at a reasonable price. Whenever I called Shawn or his colleague, they responded by text or phone within seconds. The project was completed in three days, and cleanup was done daily. All staff and workers were friendly, professional, and well-versed in their skills. The workmanship was superb! After the work was completed, it rained hard the next day. There were no leaks, rain was flowing away from my home as it should, and the appearance of my house looks great. Overall, I’m a happy customer and would recommend Roofing Pups to friends and family."

"I gave Tj my vision of a new open concept porch and new metal vertical siding and he and his team brought it to reality. It was far nicer than I even expected. The whole crew are very polite, professional, reasonable and very detail oriented. This is 2nd major project they did for us. Last year they did garage expansion and metal roof and siding. I love my house now all because of Tj. Will be using them again infact just asked for an estimate on new bathroom floor."

"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."

"The service was great! Dominic, the owner, was knowledgeable and the crew of guys who replaced the roof did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!"

"I met David Garner of Garner Roofing in Harford County, Maryland. David was prompt with the appointment and listened to what I wanted as far as the work. Mr. Garner communicated with me during my contractor selection and his contract offered the best price for the best products. David shared with me the new technologies of roofing and explained the beneficial changes of that work and how it would enhance the property appeal and result in longer warranties. Garner Roofing was fast with the installation, did an efficient clean-up and he returned after the job to ensure my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Garner Roofing and if you need a new roof or are considering replacement then I endorse David Garner to assist you in your decision. The new roof at my home has the PRO Architectural Black shingles that are thicker and heavier than standard shingles. It has a 130 mph Wind Rating, 15 yrs. Algae Warranty and a Lifetime Shingle Warranty with a 10-year transferable replacement with no pro-rating. My new roof is incredibly beautiful and the new look provides a striking difference to the old, white, stained roof that was replaced. Thank you David for an Outstanding job! My compliments to your crew for a fast, professional installation with absolutely no damage to my landscaping or other issues."
