"Dimitri did our first addition in 2007 and the second addition in 2010.  His team showed up every day on time & completed <br /> both additions as per our contractual agreement.  We have had to call him back on occasion as there was settling to the additions and cracks to repair which is always expected.  He came back without delay and at no additional costs.  I asked Dimitri how long would he agree to come back if we were to still experience settling cracks.   He said forever and I know he  meant it. <br />"
