Tony gave me a few suggestions on the upkeep of my oil fired boiler radiation system while Burt found the root cause of slow bath tub drain to be the old plunger type system that may have stripped with the valve in closed position. Tony also pointed out that the ball valve on my main water line wasn't fully open as the reason for drop in pressure in the system. He also explained how I can flush my about 2 year old water heater. Overall they are very knowledgeable and have practical suggestions on common issues. My only regret was that my road was being paved right at the appointment time so they didn't have access to their truck/tools.
