"Kevin is a professional and I appreciate the extra and effort and time he put into attempting to repair a problem with my (aged and out of warranty) built in refrigerator. The original problem was the freezer worked fine, but the refrigerator would not sufficiently cool. I wanted to repair the unit to avoid the more costly replacement that comes with built ins. He replaced all the working components; everything worked much better except the refrigerator still wouldn't cool sufficiently. He brought in two other techs and worked closely with GE to troubleshoot. In the end, the problem is in the molding of the unit framework and not one that can be addressed; it can be taken a part but not put back together. The outcome is not what Kevin wanted, and it was not what I wanted. Still, I am recommending Kevin to others in the Home Advisor network. I would use Kevin again for my appliance repair needs."

"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.

"The, technician, Miguel, showed on time and was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my fuse box and Miguel was able to fix the problem. There was only a $97 fee for the work provided. Miguel noticed that that my system needed maintenance and provided me with a maintenance contract for a year which was the bet solution for my system.
