We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. "Luis was great! We provided the materials and, to help save money, I did the demo of the old backsplash and patched any holes that were created during demo. Luis showed up on time and did very fast, quality work. We were very happy with the results and Luis even mentioned that where the splash meets the countertop that some of the grout might crack and pull away. It did and we called him and he agreed to come back with no expectation of being paid. He fixed it very quickly and we don't anticipate any further issues. Based on what our old backsplash looked like compared to our new one, we thought that Luis provided great work for a very competitive price."
