They came in real professional, they put stuff on their shoes and all that. I couldn't get in touch with them when I was going to get a sink disposal unit. Apparently we couldn't do it because we're on septic tank. I called the guy several times and I don't know if he ever tried to call me back or not. I don't think he made too much of an effort for it. I don't know if they were busy or what. It was probably about $200 or less for that. It was either a faucet or garbage disposal or something like that that they would install. I wanted to do a garbage disposal and found out we couldn't do it. The responsiveness when they were going to do the faucet or disposal had to be a 'D'"

"It went very well. They came out and they were very professional. They did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable too. They also did some work on a water line in my garage. They replaced a pipe that was freezing and replaced it with a pipe that would expand. They did not have enough wrap to wrap the whole pipe, but they came back in a few days and finished wrapping the pipe. I did not even have to call and remind them. They just came out and did it."
