"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"I got my water line shut off valves changed. Abdul is knowledgeable about the safety issues and clearly explained the problems. He is skillful in his work. Charges were fair."

"So, the first one to come and inspect and give an estimate was a different company; if we hadn’t had Prince William Plumbing out here after that, this other company might have scammed us out of many thousands of dollars by replacing our main service line. Prince William Plumbing did a much more thorough investigation and discovered that the problem was a connection to the sprinkler system and not the main line. They saved us so much money, while also being incredibly professional. Even the techs that came out to do the work were awesome. Truly great people at this company."

"Quick turnaround in getting a repairman to fix/replace a leaky line valve -- much appreciated! And the repairman was utterly competent, knowledgable, and communicative re: the problem and options for solving it. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem."

"Tech came to house and analyzed problem. Showed me what part was needed to replace. Advised me to order part, and when I received the part call him if needed to replace and test."

"Good service and very good technician. I was rescheduled several times which was inconvenient and a bit frustrating."

"45 minutes from start to finish - two technicians (Ed Seely & new man.)"

"Thorough job of troubleshooting and locating problem ar a reasonable price"
