"Backyard Ponds is magic. I have a small backyard pond,stream and waterfall that have been
leaking for years. Various workmen had poured concrete into it, slathered mortar
between stones and sprayed special waterfall foam all over the sides of it. My
pond, stream and waterfall continued to leak. Hilary of Backyard Ponds looked at it for a while, moved one
stone and fixed the leak. How did you do that! I yelled. Well after you work on
enough of these things you get an eye for what the problem could be. Then she
vacuumed all the mud that had been clogging the pum , reattached the waterline
and pump that I could never get to stay together, restacked the rocks along the
edge of the stream so they actually sat on top of each other instead of sliding
down at all angles, and added a few strategically placed rocks to hide the pump
and waterline and cover the rubber sides of the stream. She added a regulator to
the water line so I could make the water run fast and slow. And more. I have had
a pond and stream for fifteen years, and many people have worked on it, from
expensive professioanl landscapers to guys I would swear the contractor picked
up off the street corner. The difference in using someone who specializes in
ponds is stunning. Backyard ponds is
magic.

"Happy with pool surface...mini-pebbles with glass beads. Weekly maintenance during pool season since 2016. Paul and his team are professional, courteous, caring, hardworking and kind. "Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

"Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly.  This seems to have solved the problem.  As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself.  That's not what I was looking for.  I contacted the provider to fix them.  I'm not sure if this was a communication problem.  I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.

"Our pool was leaking badly and after a search on Angie's list Jaeson and his crew were able to fit is in for a leak test during the busy pre-memorial day season. They found that the leak was in the return pipes and Jaeson advised the job might be complicated, but he could come the following weekend to get it done, we were able to negotiate the price and agreed on $6250. We also needed the job to be done quickly as we are preparing the house to sell. He and his crew came that Saturday and got it done that day. They pulled the concrete up by the returns and found two were leaking. After finding the two broken pipes, they then re m-pressure tested the rest of the pipes to be sure there were no other issues. They then fixed the broken pipes, filled In the hole and repoured the necessary concrete. Jaeson and his crew were great, they kepped me informed and got the majority of the job done that day. Jason also came back the following Tuesday to reseal the backer rod and coping stone after the new concrete was dry completing the project. If we were staying we would switch to JA contracting for our other pool care needs."
