"I had arranged for Bower's Plumbing to install this new dishwasher in my (older) home where there had never been one before. I arranged to have it installed before I moved in. Mr. Bowers - very nice man, by the way - arranged and quoted everything prior. Jack did the initial installation and plumbing work. They did not remove any of the packing and left it in the kitchen, which was odd. I moved in and, of course, gave my new shiny dishwasher a whirl. It was leaking in the basement. Bower's was prompt in sending Dave to troubleshoot. He did his best but the tubing that came with the dishwasher had been damaged by the first plumber and his best fix with adhesives did not fix the problem. Still leaking, I called again and was told they had to order a part. The part ended up being what was originally damaged by the first plumber who used a few shortcuts to get the installation done improperly. I was the one who noticed what they were replacing was what originally came with the machine and had to ask if that was the case. Dave was honest and said yes and consequently did not charge me for the part. Dave is their star plumber, and would definitely recommend asking for him over Jack without question. After 4 visits, I finally have a non-leaky dishwasher. I can only recommend Dave, tho. Mr. Bowers is probably just too nice to let his older plumber go."
