Once the materials arrived, he set up an installation date within a week. He arrived on time, and absolutely blew through the work in just a few hours. He also noticed the door rollers were about to fail and offered to replace with nylon rollers for additional $100. No pressure or upsale, they really did need replacement, and I am happy to get quieter nylon rollers anyway."
