"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"Josh did a great job. Highly recommend, very professional, and good pricing. Called on a Thursday and got a 2hr time window for the following Monday. Josh called before arriving and arrived within the window. He offered 2 options for the opener upfront ($450 and $500), and then replaced the opener in about 1-1.5 hrs. He also noticed the door rollers were about to fail and offered to replace with nylon rollers for additional $100. No pressure or upsale, they really did need replacement, and I am happy to get quieter nylon rollers anyway."
