After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. "Sherry was able to schedule drywall repair and painting for us in just a few days to meet our fast turnaround to allow our room to be painted for a party. We decided on colors and provided them to the local Sherwin Williams ahead of time. On painting day, the crew led by Trevor, showed up on time with supplies, paint and were very courteous. Room that was painted was large bonus room with vaulted ceilings and skylights. The room is 31? x 11?. The final paint job looks amazing with grey walls, white ceiling and slight off-white woodwork and trim. The painted areas looked good with NO signs of paint brush marks. The edges from the wall to the ceiling (gray to white boundary) was super straight, which is impressive. I asked crew to apply more paint to one area and they were happy to apply more paint at my convenience. Sherry, my main contact, was super easy to get ahold of via text or telephone and was very responsive and courteous. I left the painting crew along in my house to finish b/c I had to leave for work, and they cleaned up and closed up the house well. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and believe it was a good value given I had other competitive quotes. Most importantly, the quality of the paint job was professional?much better than if I did it or hired a handyman to paint. I definitely recommend Arcadia for painting and have asked them for a quote for additional work to drywall and paint a room in my basement."
