Listened and diagnosed the problem right away. He quoted the price on the replacement part and made sure I wanted to do the repair. He had replacement part in his truck and was able to do the repair quickly that same day. Very considerate on making sure towels were in place to catch water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
