Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

I then hired them again to clean the carpets in my rental I was moving out of and they once again were great. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had them clean four bedrooms, a hallway, flight of stairs, dining room, living room and family room for an excellent price. They were here exactly when they said they would, they call half an hour in advance, they are pretty quick, and did an excellent job. Everything looks great. "They did a very nice job and were also very nice when I had to reschedule the work on short notice due to an emergency. The tile looked far, far better after their work. The only problem I had was that the grout whitener they applied came off when I wiped the wall with a damp cloth. I called and they then explained that because of the age of the house, what I actually have is cement between the tiles, not grout, and it does not hold the whitening agent well. They came out and redid the part I had wiped off at no charge and told me only to use a dry dust cloth on the walls. It would have been better if they had told me about this in advance, but plumbers working in the house later confirmed that they were correct about the cement."
