Switched kitchen outlets to spread them around breakers to prevent tripping during dinner time with multiple appliances running. Fixed our ring doorbell transformer and moved our internet phone jack to another location. Very reasonable prices. On-time and followed all requested items to be done. Some outlets were in hard to reach areas and he was able to get it done."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "The company is in California and it took many calls to get the job coordinated with someone in my area.  I think that the company is more like a reference company. They seem to have a list of providers and then they coordinate the deal with someone in your area.
 The job was done fairly well. I paid for 200 sq ft and when the technician arrived he was disappointed that I did not want any more done.  I only wanted half of my deck washed as I was tearing down the other half. I also did not want railings done as I was getting new ones made. It is obvious that the deal is the hook and the hope is that you will have to buy a whole lot more when the technician arrives.
 My only complaint is that the splatter ended up on the windows of my house and no attempt was made to protect the windows or clean them afterwards.
The technician was courteous and the deck looked much better after he left. So I was satisfied with the job done, just find out how much more you would have to pay if you need more than the deal offers.

"Joshua is one of a kind. Very professional and so polite. Even through all my indecisions and mind changing he was always very understanding and more than patient. He was always on time so I never had a doubt that he would be there when he said he would be. I was very comfortable with Josh that I had no reservations about leaving him alone while I ran some errands or was
at work. When I had a water leak under my house, on a Sunday no less ?and? during football (lol), he came right over and took a look at it for me. All I can say about his prices are ?Wow?, he is more than reasonable and I will most definitely use his services

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
