I called several electricians some wanted close to $220 just to come look at my place!! But when I called Finlee, Isaac took the time on the phone to listen to the issues I was having and he even came out that same afternoon to look at things and get me an estimate. we agreed on what to fix first and he came the next day and made my kitchen safe again with GFCI plugs, a replacement for the microwave plug, and even installed a junction box to fix the water heater wires. A few weeks later I had a dryer breaker that was sparking and he came out and replaced the breaker on that! I'm thankful I found a great small business to use for any electrical problems!!"

"Two men from GoGen arrived to help me sort out the origin of half my home losing power in the ceiling lights and wall plugs between four rooms. One told me that I needed to upgrade my outdoor electric box and that it was out of code for new homes. They then came into my home to test the electric current in the plugs that didn't work--one by one (even opening my fridge to confirm it was on). One of my breakers was tripped from the winter storm and flipping the switch fixed 95% of the problem. From there, they told me to conduct a diagnoses and repair to one line of connected plugs, the cost would be $365 per set, and that I had two, but they would only charge me for one. The set fee covered up to 4 hrs of work. The repair took 25 minutes and involved snipping a burned wire and re-twisting it with one that was in good condition to restore power. I later called to ask for the 20% Angies List Membership discount, and while hesitant, they honored it. This sort of balanced things out."

"I'm late getting this review in. I called in my go-to electrician and they messed up so bad trying to install my Ring door camera and then told me it was broken. Reality, they had no clue what they were doing. I panicked and found OnElectric at the Home Advisor site. They came out and said there was nothing wrong with my Ring and they installed it in 15 minutes. The owner brought two of his apprentices and taught them how to do the installation. They were polite, professional and bless them for taking my panic away and getting the job done right. I called them again for another project and the person came out and fixed several of my outlets, and a couple of my overhead kitchen and bathroom light fixtures. They were so old, they almost fell on my head. So fast and explained everything to me and actually showed my exactly how they were fixing things. I need a new electric panel and I will be calling them again."
