"We recently had our roof replace by ROLAND'S ROOFING. I must first complement Daniel Quiroz/Project Manager, for his professionalism, responsiveness and personalized approach to our expectations. We were never rushed and had numerous questions about the choices & features of each product’s, quality, warranty and insurance benefits. The scheduling met our needs and the job was completed correctly in one day. The crew was an actual ”team” in the sense of way they worked together with minimal pauses during the teardown, installation and cleanup. "In Feb 2017 we had Great Built Roofing replace a roof due to hail damage. After their initial visit they were able to do the work in one day. It was a good job and good experience. We are now selling the home and the buyers inspector recommended repairing one area where the drip edge had come loose. It was not a major issue but I was uncertain as how the warranty would be dealt with. Happy to say that Great Built honored the warranty in a timely fashion and was able to advise me on other roofing issues unrelated to their work. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas.
