We waited more than two months and still had no idea when our project would start, or the cost of the project. Didn't want him to show up when we were out of town or just not home. In my opinion it appears that unless you are a large dollar project you will not get Will's immediate attention, which is fine, I understand the man has to make a living, but he really needs to improve on communication and scheduling, especially with the smaller project people."
