He said he could be out within the hour to check it out. Brent was very punctual, and brought David, his helper, with him. Brent was very knowledgeable and explained how and why things were not working. We received a new furnace, and Brent and David worked very efficiently installing the new unit. Most recently, the system failed completely, and despite promises of follow-up and support, the company has been unresponsive and disorganized. Communication is poor, and I?ve been left without A/C during extreme heat. Very disappointed in the lack of reliability and accountability. Would not recommend"
