"I'm so glad my previous roofer retired. That gave me reason to find a new person/company. Tom Williamson of Shield Contracting came out and we were so impressed by Tom personally that we decided not to look any further for someone to fix our flat roof. Tom did more than just put a coat or sealant, he examined the entire surface and let us know where other issues needed repair. My previous company would have probably just repaired the parapets and sealed the roof surface. Tom was amazing. We highly recommend!!!!!"

"Repaired a shorted-out outlet and installed a new line into the garage."

"Superb planning for and execution of inside & outside electrical upgrade including: 1) Retrofit of existing outlets with GFCI protection and wiring safety checks; 2) Panel/power upgrade from 100 to 200 amps; 3) Addition of multiple circuits throughout house plus 30 amp circuits for A/C and RV; 4) Internal and external light fixture installations. Permits handled; all work passed city inspection. Josh and his team are professional and talented. Extremely happy with the results!"

"While each person from this company has been good at doing their job, the communication has been less than desirable. Brannon installed our 220 outlet in the garage and did so quickly and cleanly. Unfortunately he did arrive over an hour late, for the first appointment of the day. He did perform 1/2 of the other projects very well, and he left after about 3 hours on the first day, saying he would wrap up the following day. One thing I asked for was a relabeling of the electrical panel, which he knew he?d need a second person for, so on the second day of work when he was supposed to bring another person he canceled last minute saying he did not have a second person. My project was pushed a week, meanwhile I had to leave open hopes and unfinished work for him to complete the following week. When the following Wednesday came around he canceled again and the office tried to push for me to move my appointment a whole week again. They had a lot of challenges that morning with one of the vans being stolen or broken into, so they did not have someone to send out. A few hours later Brannons supervisor showed up with one other guy to finish Brannons work. They started finishing up the things Brannon did not complete and ran out of time to do the panel because guy #2 had to leave for another project. So they pushed my project another week. The thing that put me over the top however was that they kept ?finding? more things to do, and not doing the first thing I hired them for. The day before what was supposed to be the last day on electrical work, I received an estimate for an additional $1500 of recommended work. Now, in their defense, it was ?recommended? not mandated or forced, but it just felt like after having an unbelievably unprofessional experience with the company, they were ignoring what I wanted and focusing on wherever they could get extra work. If you have all the patience in the world, their workmanship is good."

"Will, did an excellent job installing a flood light. There was no cost for the estimate and he made suggestions for where I might find good quality flood lights. He ran new wiring and an outside conduit to where the flood light was installed. He tested the photocell and said to let him know if there were any issues. The light works as intended and I’m very satisfied."

"Just In Time installed a new attic fan and temperature control. The experience was great from start to finish. The first visit was a diagnosis and then an appointment was scheduled to replace the old fan with a new fan. The install of the fan was an excellent experience. The crew was able to arrive early, they confirmed it was OK to show up early prior. The install went smooth, the crew was efficient, friendly and cleaned up in no time. I would recommend and use Just in Time in the future!"

"Great tech came to my home and gave me a quote for the work and answered my questions. I decided not to complete the project at this time but if I need an another installation I will call these guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful."

"I was given a service window of 1-4 PM however, Carlos called me just after 1 PM and arrived soon after. He was professional, knowledgeable and performed the required work efficiently. He even left, acquired a new part, returned and installed. It was a pleasant experience."

"We had an issue with our furnace popping a breaker. Roberto was sent out by Heart Heating & Air to investigate. Roberto did a thorough check of our HVAC system. Roberto concluded the issue was indeed electrical. He was not able to troubleshoot since he's not a certified electrician. However, while checking our system, he found the A/C drain in the furnace clogged with Miller Moths. Had he not discovered the clog, the system could have shut down due to an interlock that senses water backing up in the drain tube. Plus, he took the time to educate me on other aspects of our HVAC system. Greg, Heart's electrician, came up and fixed the issue the next morning. After he got done, he took the time to visit with us for a few minutes, telling us about his Mom, Grandma and upbringing in Puerto Rico. He had us in stitches, laughing about his experience being raised there and telling us about his dear Grandma. We also discussed Puerto Rican food, which we knew nothing about. We'll check it out after visiting with Roberto. Roberto knows his business, he's very professional and has a "GREAT" personality. He seemed like a longtime friend more so than a HVAC technician here for a job. We've had a lot of interaction with Heart after having a new A/C, furnace, humidifier, HEPA filter, electrostatic filter and whole house fan installed. The system as a whole is awesome and all the technicians we've had in our home for the installs and follow up have all been consummate professionals. All have been respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers as they come in the house and most of all, I can tell they all enjoy what they do. When you need HVAC, electrical work, or any other services Heart performs, check these guys out. You won't be sorry."
