"If I could give more stars I would!! Billy and his team are knowledgeable, fast, kind and affordable. They know what they are doing and truly care about the work that they do. We have an older home and have had quite a few plumbing issues in the past, but thanks to Appius plumbing I don't worry about ever having another plumbing issue again. They were able to replace all of our old pipes under the house, remove and install a new water heater, and fix our outside faucets in less than a day! Appius plumbing is the real deal. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

They were not the least expensive bid that we received but we felt confident after meeting with them that we would receive the best quality service and we were not disappointed! They were punctual, completed the job in a timely manner and informed us when they found additional problems during the repair BEFORE completing the project so that we were aware of additional costs.
