"The services provided by this company are fantastic. Efficient, knowledgeable, kind, affordable, honest, and just a joy to do business with. They are detailed oriented and want to make sure as a customer we have everything we need and we understand and have learned how to care for our pool. They are quick to respond and are always willing to help us."

"It went well. I am now able to get ice. I answered yes to was money paid or were services performed. The answer isYES the services were performed but NO to money paid."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"Well, unlike Ernest W, we had a great experience with Brandon and Jamie from Smith County Contracting. They were always here when they said they would be. Showed up early and even worked late as needed in this very hot September weather in Texas. Totally delivered on everything they promised and we did too. We treated them to lunch 3 days and topped it off with a bonus 30-pack of beer each after the job was completed. Even encouraged them to swim in the pool afterwards. I believe in rewarding people for their hard work. They also had the best price for the best value from the 3 different quotes we got. Brandon says he loves what he does and looks forward to doing it every day. He even routered the edge of the boards right next to the pool, the steps, and the rails to give everything a nice smooth look and feel. I would highly recommend Smith County Contracting for any and all of your construction and building needs!"
