Our latest visit was from Carl, whom we are always happy to see arrive. Carl is extremely polite and professional. He has a friendly personality and patiently endures my watchfulness of all he does, all the while answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. Carl pays great attention to details himself, which I see in his work. His work, like everyone that Foster has ever sent over, is clean and first-rate. The company's dispatch is very friendly as well, and responsive. Earlier this year, we had a fridge water-line problem that was threatening to derail a kitchen floor install, among other things.
